Thank you to the team at Alighieri jewellery for the amazingly made pieces, i just adore them! I was recently sent earrings, a necklace and some rings to try out and they really exceeded my expectations. The quality of the materials is excellent, and I can tell that so much care went into creating each piece. I’m in love with their designs and they are perfect for any occasion or everyday wear.
Dreamt up by founder Rosh Mahtani when she was going through a dark time. Alighieri was inspired by Italian poet, Dante Alighieri, and his story of being lost in a dark wood, searching for strength and courage. Modern Heirlooms hand-carved and cast locally in the UK, each piece has a story and invites you to unlock your own.
To dress them up I love pairing the earrings with a silky blouse and the necklace with an evening dress. The rings are also really versatile, I wear them on my fingers as statement pieces, but they can also be used as midi rings to add a subtle hint of sparkle to any outfit.
The pieces have quickly become everyday staples in my wardrobe and I’m sure they will be for many other people too!
